He is a low pressure very professional sales agent and makes you feel comfortable throughout the sales experience. He really knows his product and this shows as he describes all the features of the Honda. He will treat you, the customer, with respect and get you out the door with your new car as soon as possible. I traveled 200 miles to deal with Rob rather than deal with the Honda dealer in my home town so you must realize that Rob makes the travel worth you while.
