My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring minivan from Dave Mungenast Honda in St. Louis. Gina Bommarito was our salesperson for the entire process, and was extremely pleasant to wor Touring minivan from Dave Mungenast Honda in St. Louis. Gina Bommarito was our salesperson for the entire process, and was extremely pleasant to work with throughout. We began our journey with her back at the end of June, but put off final purchase until Aug 25th. Of course, we visited other dealerships, and requested quotes from them, but Gina's beat our best offer (the one that we were promised was the lowest price anywhere in the St. Louis area) by $300 right off the bat. When we asked for further concessions, she was very willing to put them in front of management without question, and we were given them, no hassles at all. Thus, our total savings over what we were told was our best offer was $1000. This without any attitude whatsoever, and very little haggling. When we showed up to take posession of the vehicle, she was very receptive, had the vehicle ready to go, and got us the assistance we needed from the rest of the dealership quickly. The rest of our experience at Mungenast was the same; we were treated with the utmost respect the entire time, even when my wife continued to press for concessions from the person handling our financing. When the purchase was complete, Gina continued to provide us service by spending as much time with us as we needed, explaining features on the new vehicle. If you have ever been car shopping in your life, you know that service varies greatly from dealership to dealership. I can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences purchasing a car that my wife and I have ever had. If you are looking for a new Honda, then I would highly recommend working with Gina; she is great! Thanks again Gina for your excellent service! More

I had dealt with Dave Mungenast St. Louis Acura since 1990 when I bought my first Acura. They have always provided outstanding service. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them since that time. When it came time to get a car for our daughter, I contacted my Acura sales rep who referred me to Gina at their Honda dealership. She spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone as I tried to determine if it would be better to lease or purchase. We were unable to make a purchase at that time, but I contacted her 2 months later and made arrangements for a visit. My daughter immediately liked her (a HUGE plus!) She was very helpful in picking out a vehicle. We had planned to visit other dealerships that day, but instead decided to purchase the vehicle that day. She was very fair in negotiating with us and threw in some nice features. When we went to pick the car up, she greeted us enthusiastically and went over the car with us. It had a tiny scratch on it, which she buffed out. We drove an hour from our house to purchase from this dealership despite the fact that we have a Honda dealership nearby. I think that says a lot. I have been a Bommarito customer for the past eight years. I had a few service issues with them and chose to look at a Honda. I had a car in mind when I called Josh and we were able to work out a deal years. I had a few service issues with them and chose to look at a Honda. When I got to the dealership I was escorted into the business office and the paper work was done under thirty minutes. Josh was very understanding and a true professional, I will be sure to send all my friends and family and feel confident he will take care of them. Searched multiple regional dealers for a specific car for my sister - 2012 Honda silver touring pilot 4x4 with grey interior - and this dealer had one in stock. I emailed Joe Basler through their web site a my sister - 2012 Honda silver touring pilot 4x4 with grey interior - and this dealer had one in stock. I emailed Joe Basler through their web site and he quickly responded with a price which was very attractive. He quickly complied with my request to provide a draft sales agreement by email and evaluated my trade. Then was on the ball with receipt of credit app and communication of approval. Unfortunately another family member had a more local contact which in the end prevented our purchase from Joe as my sister was not enthused about the 11 hour drive there and back with her young daughter. However I hope that in the future I can do business with car salesmen like Joe as our all email exchange was quick and efficient with no BS. I would recommend buying from Joe. More
