I have given this experience with Dave Mungenast Honda a 5, because this was the easiest experience I have ever had with buying a new car. They knew I wanted this car and they made it happen, in a really short time, they even drove to my husband to get the signitures they needed to get the deal done and I could get my car. Josh explained all the extra features to me and let me demonstrate back to him , so that I really understood how to use these functions. Believe me he really needed patience with that because I am not really that good with navigation things and the in car phone hook up. But, now because of his patience I know how to work all these feaatures. I love my car and I would go to this dealership again and recommend it. Thanks. More

I had a great experience at St. Louis Honda when purchasing my CRV. I was referred to Mike Banaskavich who was very pleasant to deal with. The car and paperwork was ready as soon as I arrived so we didn't have to wait at all. It was nice that Mike took the time to go over the features of my new car. Looking around on the Saturday afternoon I purchased, they were quite busy, and I have to hand it to them for maintaining an appropriate amount of attention for me. Salesman patiently rode with me while I tested a few different cars, asked questions, and learned about how Honda had improved since I purchased my last one. I felt no pressure to buy, and was offered the chance to look around on the lot as long as I wished. I feel like my needs were met or exceeded. More

Tom was very helpful. I had been to several dealerships before Mungenast, and we had just stopped in as we were passing by. He was the only dealer who sat us down and found out what we wanted before showin before Mungenast, and we had just stopped in as we were passing by. He kept us in our price range and got us into a vehicle both my wife and I like. He was not an over the top pushy sales person, he was laid back and made sure we found what was right for us and not his commission. When we need our next car we will go to Mungenast to make that purchase first. I would highly recommend them and I would seek out Tom when you go there. More

We have bought cars from Rob Carroll for several years and he is always very pleasant and easy to deal with. We came in because of the great sale that Honda and the Mungenast dealership had on financing for a new CRV. This is our 3rd CRV - all bought from Rob. The dealer did not have the exact car we wanted in stock, so Rob checked to see if one was expected in the near future and there was. We had just the car we wanted in about 15 days. When we picked up the car, the financing person was very friendly and helpful, a very pleasant experience as well. It was nice that we had a full gas tank and given a card for 7 free oil changes.
