My husband took care of all the details before I visited the dealership to pick up the car and take care of the paperwork. For me, car shopping is not fun. Used car salesmen have a reputation for being smarmy and I ran into a few in my quest for a vehicle. But not so at Mungenast. Craig was a real person without the high sales pressure tactics. He asked about our budget and worked hard to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted for the price we had budgeted. I LOVE my new car (2008 Accord). It was spotless, smelled wonderful and had a full tank of gas. Craig sat in the vehicle with me before I left and went over everything with a sincere desire to make sure that I was safe and satisfied. Of all my car shopping experiences this was by far my best. I will recommend Mungenast Honda to friends and family and will also recommend Craig Newport as the man to see!! More

Greg was so friendly and patient with me as I chose my used CR-V. The price was amazing and the price for my trade was more than fair. This is the second preowned vehicle we bought from Elmer since mid January! After we had such great service from Elmer for our middle son's car, we decided to go ahead and see what was available for our you since mid January! We contacted Elmer, who still had our contact information, to let him know what our interest was this time. Elmer was so prompt in contacting us whenever something of interest became available. We did decide on the 2006 Civic...our experience with Honda's has been so good we wanted to stay with the brand. It was such a huge convenience having Elmer keep his eyes open for us! Otherwise, we would be running from dealer to dealer to see what was out there at that time. This way, our confidence in Elmer and the Honda brand made this purchase very easy and it seems he did all the pre-work for us!! We truly appreciated that! I have already recommended both Elmer and the St. Louis Honda dealer to some friends who have kids the same age....and need cars! More

I went in to St. Louis Honda to take advantage of Honda's Financing deal. Mungenast was recommended to me by friends and family. We were greeted immediately upon walking in the front doors by several smiling people. I was told to ask for Jaime, but he was with another customer and Gina offered to help until Jaime was finished. We never needed Jaime because Gina was great and took care of everything. She answered all our questions, never pressured us and helped us make a final decision. Within an hour they had appraised my vehicle for trade in and were working up a deal for us. The trade in value was more than fair, if not tilted in the buyer's favor. After the deal was struck we met with the Finance Manager. I don't remember his name - Jeff or John maybe, sorry. He was just as great as Gina, no pressure, made the deal easy to understand, and he worked up several options for our budget. I had purposely kept my previous car for 13 years because I dreaded the buying experience. While buying a new car - and having a car payment for the first time in 9 years - is stressful, St. Louis Honda made it easy. I will definitely tell everyone to go to St. Louis Honda for the best deal and the best treatment. More
