I recently bought my car from Mark Wichman. I had a very good experience.But when it started acting up i took it to the service department to get it checked out. Brett Mathis was the man I spoke to. He told me that the test to diagnose my car would take an hour or so, so I had someone pick me up and I told him to call me when it was done. I got a call like 3 hours later telling me it was all done. So I went to the dealership to pick it up. He told me that he performed the test and he told me what was wrong. Then he told me he couldnt do anything til monday because my warranty company wasnt open til monday.I said ok. Then he told me that I could pay the 89.95 today that way on monday when I brough my car back I would only have to pay 10.00 for the rest of my deductable for my warranty or if it wasnt covered the diagnoses was taken care of. So of course I paid it. I asked if there was anyway I could get a loaner car because my car likes to sparaticaly die while I am driving, he told me that he couldnt do that so I just took my car home. So I was talking to mark my salesman and he told me that Brett told him that he couldnt diagnose it. When mark asked him why he said I didnt have an appointment. First off I made my appointment on Wednesday May 4, 2011 for Saturaday May 7,2011 when I initially brought it in. So I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!!! And he told me he DID diagnose it. So which is it, he DID or he DIDNT diagnose it???? I am not sure I trust the service department anymore. And if the Mungenast Family likes to hire people like BRETT MATHIS I think I will probably take my business soemwhere else. More
I had a very good experience at St. Louis Honda. I looked at and drove several makes over several months. I had no experience with Honda but was impressed with all the features and they had the color looked at and drove several makes over several months. I had no experience with Honda but was impressed with all the features and they had the color I really wanted. Joe Basler was very helpful on my first visit. On my second visit I was still looking but Josh Ulrich was very personable and very helpful in answering all my questions and telling me the advantages in owning a Honda. When I bought and picked up the car, all at the dealership were friendly and very thorough. I have only owned three cars (all new) in my life and had not bought a new car in 25 years so this was a bit of a scary experience since the cars are so different. But, Josh made it easy and I feel very good in the decision I have made. More
I do not know the quality of the dealership since i just bought a new car. However, If Gina Bommarito is a indication of how my experiences will be in the future, i should say I am in good hands. Everything with Kurt was great. He was friendly, followed up with us, and did a great job. We greatly appreciate his help! The only bad experience we had was with the finance guy. I tried something new this time while purchasing a new vehicle. I did all of my negotiating over the internet and as a result I feel I received a great price and also saved myself a lot of time. Randy Graves was very proffesional and gave me what I consider to be a graet price. I work a lot of hours and I had very little time to shop for a vehicle. Randy even went as far as to arrange for me to come into St. Louis Honda when it fit my schedule, even when it was his day off. The process was quick and pain free. This purchase makes the third Civic I own now (2006, 2009 and 2011). I have purchased all of my Hondas from St. Louis Honda and I love the service I receive. I love their service department and I can't imagine a better one out there. Randy made this a very memorable experience and would like to thank him for his effort to get me the best vehicle, at the best price, hassle free. Thank you Randy. More

He was very respectful of my time limitations and was ready for me when I arrived. After my test drive, I was expecting to face the not-so-fun task of having to haggle to get a fair price on the car and on my trade-in. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Randy made my experience easy, and it was handled in a very friendly manner. We were able to work out the details very quickly. I was able to pick up my car the next day when I again was limited on time. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car here, and would purchase again with Randy. More
