This was prior to me telling them that I had purchased this vehicle from them. They didn't care. This whole time I was unaware of what I would pay but was expecting it to be pretty expensive due to my situation and it was a Saturday. They finished up in about an hour and when I got my bill it was way less than expected. They were 100% professional and awesome to deal with. More

They forget who you are once the deal is done! Ive purchased 3 vehicles through Dave Smith Motors. The first two, no problems. The last one we had issues. We drove 6 hrs to the dealership from Central Oregon. Spent the night and told the sales associates we would be at the dealership between 9 and 9:30. He made it clear the vehicle would be ready as would all the paper work. NOT. The vehicle wasn't ready and neither was the paper work. It took 5 hours to take delivery. There were warranty issue with the paint that we were assured would be taken care of. The client relationship person, Sherry Quick promised to be of assistance if needed. She did take one call and promised to call back. Since then she hasn't responded to emails nor phone calls. The proof of good service is not what the dealership will do for you during the sale. Its what they will do after the deal is done. Promises are cheap. Actions speak louder. For me this dealership is big on promises, shallow on actions and follow through. More

Over the phone, I was able to select a Ram mega cab within my price range with many of my accessories already in the truck. I was able to add a grill guard spray bed automatic passenger step and clear coat treatment using Ryan Buck from the accessory area. This went seamlessly and was done 72 hours later when I came to town and picked up the truck. I credit my salesman in making this work for me. Further He contacted one of the managers who is able to negotiate and extremely fair price for my well-cared-for trade-in. The Valley of the trade-in cemented the deal and this was done sight unseen. When I delivered my trade in they agreed with the condition of the truck that I traded and we had a good to go deal. Dave Smith Motors is a first-class dealership with a lot of good people who have worked there for a lot of years, the experience shows. My closing went well and I was able to get a 2.99%loan that they fully arranged with one of numerous banks that they deal with. Mitch enclosing is a wonderful fellow and should be credited with keeping the experience seamless. I was out the door within a couple of hours of my arrival to pick up the new vehicle. All with many thanks to Drew my salesperson and the great people that listen to me and got things right the first time. Sweet! More

Horrible customer service It was impossible for anyone to call me back, on hold for hours. I didn't receive all the correct paperwork on my extended warranty. They only seem to care about selling you the car & ignoring you after. Never again will I deal with them. Absolutely terrible, very frustrating. More
