After a long and frustrating search for a used van in Minneapolis, I saw a van online in my hometown of Albert Lea that had everything that I was looking for. When I called to make an appointment to see the van, they got me in that same day (during COVID). Alex Gromelski was my sales person. He was so down to earth and friendly, I immediately liked him. He never used any of the typical “used car sales tactics” that I had experienced in the Cities, and I found that refreshing. Alex made the purchase of my van so easy!!! I was relieved, and I really appreciated that. After deciding to purchase the van, there were a few things that I wanted done first. Alex kept on top of everything and made sure that everything got done. His goal was that I was a happy customer! He really bent over backwards for me. Alex Gromelski is the ONLY sales person that I encountered on my van purchase journey who treated me with such respect and only wanted me to buy a good vehicle and be a happy customer... and I am!!! Thank you, Alex!!! You ROCK!!! The other person that made my experience easy was Jake in finance. He also has an easy going way about him. Again, no pressure tactics. He was very informative and took very good care of me. He got me a better interest rate than I had coming into the dealership, too. He made the finance process very easy. When all was said and done, I felt really taken care of and if I had any questions or problems, I could come to them for help. This is what a good dealership should be. Great customer service and stand behind your product. I think Dave Syverson promoting such good customer service, and not using the pressure tactics that other dealerships use, and selling quality vehicles is what makes them stand above the rest of the dealerships that I have gone to.
