Dealership hours are from 8 to 5 so I had to drop off before they open and pick up after service was closed so all my communication was by phone. On Wednesday they tested my battery and I was told it was good. On Thursday, the very next day, they said they had to run a diagnostic ($150) and that the battery was no good and needed a new one. So I was good. On Thursday, the very next day, they said they had to run a diagnostic ($150) and that the battery was no good and needed a new one. So I was charged for the diagnostic as well as a new battery ($400+). This is after having to buy a new key fob and paying to have it programmed ($200+) a couple of months ago. I'm the only one looking at the big picture. Jose is wonderful, but something's not right with this car... More
