Had a dead battery. Unable to fix. Had to get a new one. I had called because my battery had to be jumped. I drove there after the jump and they replaced the battery because it would not hold a charge. It to I had called because my battery had to be jumped. Under renovation didn't stop the hospitality. I've been very impressed with Scott and his team since I started using the acura service center in 2015. Car Purchase I love Acura; however, I was disappointed watching the sales manager reprimand an employee in front of everyone. Working in Human Resources, I was mo I love Acura; however, I was disappointed watching the sales manager reprimand an employee in front of everyone. Working in Human Resources, I was mortified watching this occur. Very unprofessional. 4 stars for quality only b/c of the amount of hours I was there (over 3 hours!). Then, I received a call later that they missed getting a signature on something, but fortunately instead of making me drive back, they are emailing it to me. Chris Basilius was the sales person I worked with and he was excellent. The Service Dept is always professional and I always take my car there for service and I live in BG! More
