Great car buying experience at Dave Wright. I completed my second Subaru car buying purchase the other night at Dave Wright Subaru and Kevin Carter was very helpful and great to work with. Would highly recommend him for your next car purchase. Kevin is the Internet Sales Manager and email is how our interaction began. During my onsite visit and Outback test drive, Kevin explained the features of the model I had selected and went over the apps and features again when we returned to the dealership. He was attentive, patient and fun to work with as I contemplated and then completed the purchase. Tim Mestad, the finance guy, was also great to work with as we went through all the paperwork. I am looking forward to my one on one appointment with Katy to go over all the features and settings again to allow me to really be able to "use" all the options available. Incidentally, Katy was my Internet go to person when I bought my Forester 5 years ago. I have also been very happy with my interactions with Service(mostly oil changes) over the last five years. Managed an ordering problem and an upset customer well. On the latter, I went out one morning and the battery was dead. Called Mike to complain that a new car should not have such a flaw. He immediately came out the 30 miles to our place with a loaner and a charging packet. He quickly found that we had inadvertently turned on the rear door light on as we were loading bulky stuff. Didn't know there was such a switch. I was chagrined. Mike was understanding. Very friendly fellow. More
