Gone here a couple times. When there’s no problems everything seems to be great. Just hope you don’t have an issue in how things are supposed to run. Took my car in, told me it was going to be done by the end of the day. Then didn’t hear anything until I called in at 6p to find out my advisor went home and my car wasn’t ready. Have this a 2 because they’re tried to work through the problem a little. But the next 3 days there was poor communication and very little information provided to me. Had to call them multiple times to get information from them. A few of the follow up item that had to be worked through were weird. Seems like no one was willing to pick up the phone and actually call you to talk through the problem. Just relied on text msgs and automated systems that doesn’t provide clear information on what’s going on when there’s issues that need to be worked through. More
