I stopped in for a oil change with no appointment. I could tell they were very busy but they took me in no problem. I was told it would be a couple hours but they had me back on the road before i was ev could tell they were very busy but they took me in no problem. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. They were kind, reasonable, accommodating, and professional. Note I had a pickup & delivery. The car didn’t get pickup until around 2 PM. @ around 5 PM I get a text that I need a power steering pump and that it has to be ordered & it will take 3 days to get. After 3 days I called and was told that the hose that was needed came in was not any good. Said that they were ordering another hose and it would be ready Saturday. Not ready Call on Monday and said it would be ready. Not done. Called Tuesday said it will be done Today. At around 10am it was done. The only real complaint is that I was not called by your service representative through out the hole week. I was the one that called every time to get a status of the car. More
