I had an serious malfunction with my back brakes and it was out of warranty for time but well within the warranty for mileage (17,000 miles). I first contacted Jeep Corp and they refused to help me for the second time (had a different issue with a different Jeep that they refused to take care of also) So the service advisor took care of it and the rental.
