Letter Will Be Sent To David Kelleher There was an issue regarding the billing for the oil change. I had a Mopar email stating I had 3 oil changes. covered by my Service Agreement. .Staff There was an issue regarding the billing for the oil change. Now two weeks have gone by and have heard nothing from David’s Service Department. Obviously out of sight, out of mind. More

We leased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler December 2019 and were so excited. In about a week and a half, it was in service for making odd noises upon startup. Turns out the oil had metal filings in it. Translation- the brand new engine was breaking down from within. The service department (Mike Lando and his staff are excellent.) did everything they could and finally decided to open a case with Chrysler. Chrysler basically advised the staff at David Auto to have me wait as long as it takes to diagnose and fix the vehicle, or have me swap out for a lesser model. Mike McVeigh, Dave Kelleher (President) would not stand for this from corporate! They had my back 100% and in very little turn around time, had a brand new engine flown in from Detroit installed (They searched for an identical replacement but were unsuccessful- extremely limited edition.) in my Jeep. Refunds and service credits as well! Throughout the entire process Mike McVeigh communicated with me and supported my family every step of the way! Use this guy and go to David Auto in Glen Mills. You will not be sorry! More

Mike has truly been the absolute best to deal with when it came to buying my truck. Since the purchase, Mike has always been available to answer any questions I have about recall work, scheduling the repai it came to buying my truck. Once you have Mike as your car guy you won’t ever shop around for a different car unless you deal with Mike. Mikes customer service is exceptional and to be honest hard to come by these days in the retail around for a different car unless you deal with Mike. To add on to his customer service you can reach him after purchasing a car from him, like me if you have a maintenance question (on a car you bought 2years ago), like this past week when i needed to schedule a maintenance appointment for my car. Now that’s loyalty to your customers. We all live busy lives and having someone who’s “your car guy” to always make a seamless appointment or upgrade to a new car... is awesome! Highly recommend!
