I cannot say enough about this dealership. We bought 4 cars from David Dodge after seeing a commercial with David Kelleher. We have never had a better experience with a car dealership. More importantly, even 6 years after buying our last car there, we had an issue with one of our Jeep’s, we took it to a dealership closer to our home in Yardley Pa for service. They identified the problem but we were not comfortable with the price. I emailed David and he personally saw that our car was picked up, I was given a loaner and our needs were completely taken care of. Dawn, Carol and Amanda were amazing. The problem was fixed and some of it was under warranty. This dealership is not your average car dealer, they really do put the needs of the customers above profit. I would never buy a car anywhere else. Grateful for these folks. More

Sales man was great. Unfortunately everything else was horrible. My daughter was approved for a car loan without a co-signer. She was given her monthly payment at $350 a month and we were waiting an hour horrible. My daughter was approved for a car loan without a co-signer. She was given her monthly payment at $350 a month and we were waiting an hour to sign paperwork. Everything was good until this point. She was so excited she was approved on her own. She worked hard for her high credit score. Then we are told she needed a co-signer. Ok, no bid deal I filled the co-signer application. We are waiting once again to sign the paperwork. Once we get back in the room the paperwork was drawn up we me being the buyer and her being the co-signer. That was never discussed. Matter of fact I only filled out a co-signer application. Apparently my daughter has excellent credit, just not enough credit history to do it on her own. They were very misleading. I feel like the definitely took advantage of both of us. We did go through with the sale, but only because this was the exact car she wanted and we had been looking for it for a few weeks. Of course I had no problem helping my daughter. Once we got in the room to sign the woman was very pushy shoving papers in front of us telling us where to sign. I had questions about why I was the buyer and my daughter the co-signer. She stated because that’s the way we had to do. Unbelievable!! I get a new car every 3 years since I was 20 years old. I have never seen anything so unorganized and professional. I was so frustrated and upset at the operation. The woman never even went over the finance papers. We were rushed in at out as there were other people waiting to sign for there cars. Once I got home I was asking my self what the xxxx just happened. I wish I would have stood up for myself and pushed back. They really new how to push us around. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. I feel like what they did was illegal. I will never return to this dealership. My husband has a Dodge Ram and we have purchased 2 Rams in the past from them. I will continue to pass our story around so people are aware of how they operate. More
