From the moment we walked into David our sales consultant John K was second to none. Before we met John we met 3 other sales consultants that same day at different dealerships and there was something differe John K was second to none. He was helping us find the car we needed. The experience of getting a new car was about us buying a car, not him selling us a car! Great service! I was working with a rep from David’s and we located a vehicle in Scranton PA. They arranged to dealer trade and when they had the truck back in marke I was working with a rep from David’s and we located a vehicle in Scranton PA. They arranged to dealer trade and when they had the truck back in market handled all the paperwork over the phone. When the truck was ready for delivery the delivered it to my home! I would not have bought from David if it wasn’t for Jan Mc gill who made it a great experience and I have followed her from her previous dealership. Top notch service. More

I love this dealership! I just started talking to them Wednesday at like 5pm. We went over all my information and decided this was something I wanted to do. I got down to the dealership alittle before 8pm Wednesday at like 5pm. We went over all my information and decided this was something I wanted to do. I got down to the dealership alittle before 8pm and I was driving away in my new Jeep alittle after 9pm. I have purchased 5-6 cars and this was hands down the easiest process I’ve ever been though. Can u give a negative 5 stars , that's where I'm at people , don't believe any of the TV commercials . They could dealer trade in a ❤️ beat if they wanted to . They wanted to moved there inventory, which I understand . The bottom line was they didn't wanna HONOR there IN Wriiting trade amount they gave me on there inventory. Here's a real good one ,a week before BLK Friday Mr Manger Chuck tells me just wait till BF I can give the Employee pricing on a 2020 model , so I wait the week,make the call , (wait for it) Chuck's Quote, let me see 2020 Ram 2500 Mega cab , oh ... Where a we don't have any 2020 Ram 2500 ya Chucky you knew that the whole time , I knew it and I don't fast talk people for a living ... u know they aren't out till after the New Year.
