My Jeep is still running sluggish, especially when sitting at a red light with the transmission in drive. The engine flutters when slowly accelerating and stop and go traffic. I had CAM service, I believe all components (emissions hoses connections etc.) on the top of the engine should be inspected to confirm everything was put back properly! More

I have used David Dodge for sales and service for years and have always been well satisfied. Today I was very disappointed. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and to check the drivers side running li and have always been well satisfied. Today I was very disappointed. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and to check the drivers side running light. Was told the lamp socket had to be replaced and that was fine. Almost 3 hours later I finally got the car back. When I went home and checked the bill, the oil change had not been done. I called back and will get an oil change tomorrow at their expense. The personnel handled the situation well, but the level of service was not satisfactory neither the wait or the missed oil change. More
