I have watched you every day for a while during my Young and the Restless. My husband and I were due for a new car. I have always loved Chrysler 300s. Last week I googled Chrysler dealerships. We live in Northeast Philly and have quite a few dealerships in our area. I decided to check your dealership out, and Im glad we did. I called and spoke to Stephen Ellis. Stephen was such a nice man. I gave him a ton of questions and he had all the answers. It was so refreshing to come see and test drive a car without all of the haggling. Stephen didn't push anything, he was very professional and down to earth. It was almost like talking to family members. Every person I can into contact with was friendly and upbeat. Ed was incredibly helpful in finding me a new Compass to test drive when the one that I had come in for had been sold earlier in the day. And truth be told, I love mine so much I'm glad that one was gone! He was also great with going over all of the features with me and getting my phone linked up with the UConnect, as well as helping me get to the price that I was comfortable with. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the process because Ed is so friendly and easy to deal with. Tim was great with the finance end of everything and explaining all of the terms of the lease agreement and very friendly and willing to answer questions. While not directly involved in the sales process, Ken deserves some recognition for his entertainment value alone. He kept us all laughing while waiting for my Compass to be cleaned, paperwork to be completed, etc. Overall this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Every person I talked to was friendly and helpful and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Not only did he find me exactly what I was looking for but he was also very informative and excellent at explaining things I didn't understand, which was a lot. Also he's a Flyers fan so double style points for that. If you're purchasing a jeep there is no other option then going to Steve Gray. I also did my financial paper work with Tim Brown. He was extremely helpful, friendly and made the whole paper work process very easy and quick!
