Unusual Transaction handled incredibly well I purchased my new (to me) 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from David Dodge sight unseen and had it delivered. Every inquiry I posed to Kimberly & Emil I purchased my new (to me) 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from David Dodge sight unseen and had it delivered. Every inquiry I posed to Kimberly & Emilio was answered promptly and accurately. Unlike other dealerships that I have dealt with, David Dodge did not try to make a bonus off of my sale. They offered a fair price and stuck to it without adding on other fees to pad the sale. It was very refreshing to deal with them. Prior to the vehicle being delivered to me I asked Kimberly & Emilio to take pictures of every scratch, dent or ding to protect all of us. They responded that it was good and they were right. I could not find a nick on the vehicle!! Very impressed with this dealership and would recommend them to friends. More
A very difficult problem to solve My vehicle was stalling, very infrequently. It began by only stalling after being started remotely. The first visit resulted in having something reprogrammed. It appeared to have solved the problem. Two days later, the vehicle stalled while on the road. I returned to the dealer and was greeted by the service manager. He assured me that he would do everything possible to "pin down" what was causing the stalling. Long story short, after remotely starting the vehicle many times, it finally stalled and they were able to diagnose the problem. The defective part was replaced and my five year old minivan is running like new! Everyone was very professional, and the service manager was especially attentive to my concerns. More

They do everything they can to make you happy and fix your service issue. However, the prices they charge for their customer service are outrageous. Just bringing your car in because you have an issue will cost you 50 bucks for a diagnostic test. I had to have a part that I found on a 3rd party website for 20 dollars replaced on my car. The dealership ended up charging me almost 300 dollars between the diagnostic test, up charge on part and labor to install it. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and take your car to Meineke. They won't charge you for the diagnostic exam and the service is way cheaper. More

less than thrilled I was really pleased with how I was greeted when I came in to look for a truck to buy. everyone was very friendly. I found a truck that wanted to buy. I found a truck that wanted to buy. the buying.process was very easy and went smoothly. however after purchasing the truck, I discovered a mechanical concern. called the following day, was given the run around and more or less was called a liar. That was a complete turn off. I went from feeling really good about buying my truck from them to feeling really disappointed. The situation should have been handled very differently. Would I ever buy another vehicle from them? Im not sure, Would I recommend anyone to them? Ummm I would be leary and would think twice. More

E-mailed her back with just a couple of questions about the vehicle. She got right back to me with the answers. George Carris followed up with a phone call to me to set up a test drive. Took it out last night, loved it, closed the deal with George, who was very straight up with me, which I appreciated. Went back tonite to do the paperwork with Jan McGill. She crushed it and had me out in no time at all. Cleaned out my Jeep Patriot trade in with George's help. Slid behind the wheel of my new ride, which is awesome, and headed off into the night. All in all, a clean experience for buying a car. They made it very easy for me to get this vehicle at the price I needed to be at. More
