The failure of one employee to aid you when you needed us was about as difficult a situation I can imagine as a Car Dealer and Business Owner. I know you were kind enough to speak to one of my managers, and I thank you for taking the time to speak to her so we could get a full understanding of the situation. I'm sorry that we couldn't have taken care of you the way we aspire too. There are many many occasions when my employees make me very proud. This was an opportunity to shine and this employee didn't grab that opportunity. While I can't reverse that moment, I can tell you that your review has been shared with my entire staff and other clients will benefit from this experience as they all now know the affects of a less than stellar contact with a client.
