My salesman, Ken Gray, was courteous and worked with me in the decision making process. After a test drive we reached a purchase agreement. I then worked with Sales Manager Jason Finley to complete the process. Jason was straightforward and informative about the purchase documentation, sales tax, vehicle title and tags, warranty, etc. A few days after I got the vehicle home I realized there was a problem with the Securicode and keyless entry system. I called the David Dodge service department and explained the problem to Dave. Dave was very helpful and responsive. He promptly arranged a service appointment that would be most convenient for me.
