My experience was great at David McDavid Honda of Frisco. The buying process was quick and easy. I didn’t like the pressure of buying an extended warranty and even felt like the finance agent was frustrated The buying process was quick and easy. first the salesperson I called over the phone Eddie Hawk did not help me when I arrived to test drive the vehicle i wanted to purchase. He pawned me off to another sales person that I did not speak to or kn did not help me when I arrived to test drive the vehicle i wanted to purchase. The vehicle i test drove did not drive good at all. the vehicle sputtered , we were told that the vehicle is as is and they won’t not check to see what the issue was. so overall a bad experience. I service my Honda Accord yesterday and David McDAVID HONDA FRISCO charged me 32.95$ for misc charges and that are for Shop supplies and disposal fees. When I called and asked they said it’s for using like charge your mobile and Coffee and complementary water. This is the new way that they make money. I waited for 4 hours for service and paid almost 33$. So be careful before you wait there for your vehicle. More

Although I felt I got a fair deal on my purchase, the process was far from enjoyable. I bought a used F150. They were upfront that it needed a couple of maintenance items but said it would be ready “ne process was far from enjoyable. I bought a used F150. I followed up (note I followed up) Thursday. It will be Monday. I followed up (again I), it will be Tuesday (Christmas Eve). I told them I wasn’t going to be able to get their Christmas Eve. I followed up Friday (again I). The part supposedly wasn’t in. Monday. Nada…Finally late Tuesday (New Years eve), your vehicle will be ready about 6. I asked if they would be there tomorrow. Yes they said. I’ll see you between 1030-11. I show up at 11. The car had barely been washed and there was gray paint flecks down the side. The manager said, bring it back and we will take care of it when you get the oil changed. How in the world was this missed in preparation for me coming to pick up a vehicle? Sloppy. He said the GM would be in Monday and they would do something to make this right. He would email me. I know there isn’t a requirement to fill a tank, but I have never bought a vehicle that didn’t have a full tank on deliver. Monday rolls by…nada. Over a week goes by and I test Shaun the sale manager to inquire about how they will make it right. He says they have updated my file with 2 free oil changes and tire rotations and he will text or email me confirmation. 24 hours goes by. Nada. I follow up and he says he will do it in a little while. Ultimately, I have No clue when I will get it. The biggest frustration has been I have had this reach out to them at every step. Extremely poor service. I dread having to go back for my two free oil changes and to get the paint buffed out. Ultimately I would like to give them zero stars but that’s not an option.
