Shane, we are disappointed to see all your reviews. Your vehicle history shows that it’s been serviced by other locations but recommended transmission services have been missed. When it was brought to us, the first step for any drivability concerns regarding a transmission is to perform the trans service which we did. When you returned with additional issues we noted that the vehicle had an additional 4k on the odometer so the quality of the trans fluid was at a point where your only resolution was to replace the transmission. We can understand that you’re frustrated and we regret that we are not able to meet your expectations. Thank you.

So a transmission serviced by your dealership is good for 4K miles? That is good for everyone to know as we were never told that when we brought the car in and you worked on it. I would suggest that any one who thinks of using this dealership in the future looks at their online reviews. With hundreds of negative reviews they need to hire a full time customer representative to force feed the public this bologna. If you ever serviced your car elsewhere (including all those out of state people moving in) even at a Honda dealership they will have carte-blanche to take no responsibility for their actions. My goal is to make as many people aware of the deceitful practices being put forth by their service department and the gaslighting that this individual puts forth in every negative review. So many people cannot be wrong!

Furthermore this vehicle has never been serviced by a non-authorized Honda dealership. Contact Honda of Westport if you want to start throwing blame around for your service members causing thousands of dollars of damage. If you gave the car a clean bill of health and did not ask for any type of transmission fluid analysis to be preformed within 4K miles than how can you claim that you hold no responsibility? You can’t, you know you cannot so you blame other dealerships 1400 miles away. Either the dealership doesn’t know how to properly service a vehicle or you were just trying to bill me and every other bad review out there out of service money because there are no vehicles to sell either way the public can decide. Buy a Toyota and support the local mega corporations over this shady, shifty, deceitful and dishonest dealership.

The sales rep contacted me and I am on my own to take the warranty and go somewhere else. The finance team told me I could use the warranty at their facility. That was a lie. Or it's a lie that I can't. Either way, I wouldn't do business here again. Who sells a warranty they don't accept at their own store??
