The sales rep contacted me and I am on my own to take the warranty and go somewhere else. The finance team told me I could use the warranty at their facility. That was a lie. Or it's a lie that I can't. Either way, I wouldn't do business here again. Who sells a warranty they don't accept at their own store??

Upon leaving a deposit to purchase a fresh unit from us, it had not yet been through service. The vehicle has not been able to pass state inspection, after multiple repairs and even sending it to a BMW dealer. We were sure to keep you in the loop and eventually refunded your deposit to you because the process was taking so long.
