The salesman and finance were great. My son bought this car in McKinney, TX, and drove it back to school in NY a few days late. When he returned to school, he had the opportunity to inspect the car and share his feedback with me. Not only were none of the fluids changed for the sale, but it was sold with only a quarter tank of gas and unwashed (despite claims that it was detailed). More concerning, the timing belt is cracked and should have likely been replaced before the sale. One would expect that such a large dealer with a good reputation wouldn't simply flip used cars as they are but rather have them properly inspected and prepared for sale accordingly - that's disappointing, but didn't stop the sale More

Melanie was my service advisor. She called me on Friday to let me know how many oil changes I had left and booked me an appointment for lunchtime today. When my wife dropped our pil She called me on Friday to let me know how many oil changes I had left and booked me an appointment for lunchtime today. When my wife dropped our pilot office she was told it would take 2-3 hours. This with an appointment!!!! Well Melanie stated that the appointment was to see her not for the time of the oil change. She blamed everyone but herself. My wife had to wait for a shuttle to take her home and more than 3 hours later she had to get my daughter to take her back. I still have 3 oil changes left and will almost definitely not use them. More

Aggressive sales staff very rude. They will bait you to come in I ask about 3 very simple and specific options was told yes the car has them. Go to buy the car ask where the option is They will bait you to come in I ask about 3 very simple and specific options was told yes the car has them. Go to buy the car ask where the option is and told non of the come with that option. When I told him I specifically ask you about that. Oh I don’t think you did. So at this point I am called a liar. Based on their mistake. Took delivery and the car was filthy. Has paint issues on it and for. 5000 mile certified car. The answer to this was bring it to us during the week and we will see if we can fix it. Really my wife and I work. We spend over 40k with you and now I need to accommodate you. Hard pass. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THE DEALER. More
