Also, when I went to pick up my car one of the other service reps noticed Mel was in a long discussion with another client so she jumped i friendly. It’s a waste putting in a review because nothing will change. I purchase a new car 1 to every 2 years and I have purchased about 25 new cars from different manufacturers in many different states and fou change. I purchase a new car 1 to every 2 years and I have purchased about 25 new cars from different manufacturers in many different states and found your dealership in whole is the worst dealer I have experienced. The people that answer the phone are rude and abrupt, the people that set up a service appointment are clueless. Your service staff don’t give a crap about any photos you show them of what was going on. My car was ready for pickup 3 hours before I could get there but I still had to wait 20 minutes before I got my car. Anytime I call and asked to speak to management or general manger of the dealership I get put on hold and no one ever picks up, or I get a manager will get back to you but they never do,, or the managers are not here or in a meeting. Your dealership is set up to burn and churn and you count on the Honda reliability to keep complaints low, so you really don’t give a xxxx about a complaint. I have plenty of time to put my experience on every site I can. I am tired of the poor customer service that plagues our society. More

I had a great experience with Tyler Jordan. I had several issues with my car and brought it the day before we were supposed to have inclement weather and also needed to leave in time to pick up I had several issues with my car and brought it the day before we were supposed to have inclement weather and also needed to leave in time to pick up my daughter from school. Tyler was so helpful and really made sure to address all the issues. He even provided me a loaner car so I could make it to my daughter's school on time for pick up since repairs would take longer than expected. He checked in with me regularly and gave me status updates on my car. I really appreciate his help. It was 5 star customer service! More
