Great Buying Experience I had a wonderful experience trading in my vehicle for a used Civic. Shoaib had the cars I expressed interest in ready for me to test drive, even thou I had a wonderful experience trading in my vehicle for a used Civic. Shoaib had the cars I expressed interest in ready for me to test drive, even though I arrived for our appointment super early. He explained the features of the cars in depth and with a great level of knowledge. He patiently explained the difference in warranties between the cars I was considering (new v. certified used) and explained the trade-in process. The negotiation process was fairly straightforward, and by the end of it I was able to meet my financial needs and buy the car I loved. The finance associate who helped me was quick and efficient, and made sure I was able to get a maintenance package that will keep me coming back to Honda forever. Also he made sure I got my pen back, which is pretty nice. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
