We almost finalized the purchase, but due to the poorly managed and time consuming finalizing process we decided against it. If you decide to purchase a car from here, make sure to haggle because they will drop the price significantly. They were willing to drop $4000 from the posted price of the car just to make the sale. Great salesman ! Very knowledgeable! I went in the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay out the door. My salesman made everything so simple and he ac I went in the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay out the door. My salesman made everything so simple and he actually helped me more than I’d expect. He helped me with things that had nothing to do with his job description. I was having trouble with my insurance policy and stepped in and helped as much as he could. This was my first time eve buying a brand new car/car from a dealership. BUT I can not say the same about the finance team. Worst customer service ever!! I suggest going to a credit union or financing through your bank if you can. The guy who finalized our finance side of the deal was so arrogant. I want to thank my salesman Mr.Sergei M, he went above and beyond! More

Carl Scott was GREAT!!! I took my Odyssey for service this week and Carl Scott was my service advisor. He was great!!! He was great at being rude and condescending to me. He was great at not even making eye contact with me when explaining additional information about my car. He was great at loosing his patience and not even being able to put a fake smile on his face.
