I drove in the next day from Bryan TX (200+ miles), when I arrived Gina was readily available and had the vehicle sitting in front of the office clean and ready to roll. With minimal negotiation we had a deal they accepted my trade in and we were on our way home. I generally HATE buying/selling a car but this was a pleasant painless process. The staff worked with me and got me to leave in Ford Fusion I wanted. They really do work with your credit type, and they make sure they can do the absolute best for you. I will always come back to this dealership. They treat you with the kindness and respect, and make the sales process as easy as possible. More
Don't waste your time I was in a terrible situation and needed a car. I don't have the best credit and I had a co-signer so I thought I would have a decent experience. I worked with Eddie and he did not listen to my needs. I explained to him what type of car I wanted and the payment amount I was comfortable with paying. The entire time I felt like my needs were not being heard and they only wanted to put me in any type of car. After being frustrated with my experience, I decided to leave. They continued running my credit without my authorization even after I left. I went to another Honda dealership and actually walked out satisfied. Just don't waste your time going to McDavid Honda Frisco. I give this place zero stars. More

Would definitely recommend I had come in today with the intention of getting a new car and the employees here did their part in making sure I was satisfied before leaving. This review is to explain how our sale went once arrived at the finance department, again, everything from service was taken care of after they received my original review. We remain with the issue of the ResistAll $750.00...when sitting with Asim Zamir in the finance dept. he stated that he would "throw in" this product as an appreciation for our business, not until my husband received the welcome letter from Wells Fargo did he see that it states "additional purchase" $750.00. This is something we did not agree on nor was the amount ever discussed with us, to be able to have a chance to decline. After several attempts to contact the General Manager via phone, Sonia Hereida, I was able to email her regarding the issue, she called my husband back and explained to him that the ResistAll is something they do to all cars, with this said, Sonia stated they are not and will not cancel the $750.00. once we contacted ResistAll directly, ResistAll customer service rep told us, "that we are able to go directly to the dealership to cancel" but this is something David McDavid refuses to do. More

Hes has the same helpful quality that all of the salesmen have when. That's the reason we heave bought or leased 4 cars with this group. We will use them again when we need another car. More

We told him what we were looking for (budget, third row seat, and not a mini van, lol) and he recommended a Honda Pilot. It's a vehicle I had looked into, but he further went over the benefits. We took it for a test drive and eventually drove it off the lot. Total time spent at the dealership was less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend giving him a call!! More
