We had left KIA the day before and spent hours dealing with a sales rep who tried to sell us a car at any means necessary. I went into Honda believing the same experience would occur but it was totally different. Keith listened to me. I even had a weird request that I wanted a Honda civic the color of the bat mobile. He took the time to draw a bat symbol on the back, which really brightened my day. He was not pushy, mean or aggressive like most sales people. When were ready to upgrade, he is the person that I'd like to help me. It was quick, easy and stress free and we love our new vehicle. More
