24 Hours Ago I knew no one at McDavid Honda. I had a difficult time with my previous dealer returning calls, getting reasonable numbers. I called Zane and MCDavid yesterday at 1pm. This morning a I had a difficult time with my previous dealer returning calls, getting reasonable numbers. I called Zane and MCDavid yesterday at 1pm. This morning at 11:30 we drove off in the car we wanted at the price we needed. Zane in sales and Vishal in finance were terrific. They listened, didn’t hard sell. Met our needs with pleasure and a new relationship was formed. Not the typical car buying experience by a long shot. Old fashioned customer service and making sure we were happy came first with the people at this dealership. It is refreshing to see there are still car dealers that employ good people and let them take car of the customer. Well done! More

Working at a dealer I know all the back handed stuff that goes on with deals and I can assure you none of that happens here. Everyone was completely honest and more than willing to help. Zane was an awesome sales person , and was in constant contact with me about purchasing a car. They didn’t have it on the lot and Zane took time out of his day to locate and bring it in for me. Tiffany price in finance helped with papers and made sure everything was explained properly and throughly. Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying team. From initial greetings into the dealer to a couple days after purchase they showed interest in my experience with the purchase. I will recommend everyone I know in market to David McDavid Honda Frisco..... great job guys. More

Everyone in the dealership was very kind and ready to answer all of my questions though I mentioned that I’m not ready to purchase the car the same day.. Stephen D Silva Is the best Sales guy who is very knowledgeable and polite and helped me find the right car of my interest for the best price in market.
