I hate buying cars because you people make it such a miserable chore. Jesse was a blessing and was the only good thing about my coming there today. Your website is misleading. They cars on there didn’t seem to be around the lot. I filled all finance forms out because you state it saves loads of time but once at the dealership you pounced anyway. I was there 4 hours! That is just crazy this day in age! Why can’t you just except a customer means no when they say no? More

He was extremely good in letting me know what I needed to know ever step of the way. There was no pressure, only concern. He did a comprehensive review of the car before I left. In and out with minimal hassle We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, Doug was able to help us find nearly the best matching vehicle. As with all dealerships, there was some upsell, but they didn’t pushback too hard to our refusal on upgrades and warranties we felt we didn’t need. 3 hours in and out, but we never felt like we were kept waiting, and the process was as smooth as we could’ve hoped (for buying a car). Doug was available immediately after the financial piece of the sale, and made sure I was familiar with the ins and outs of the new vehicle before driving off the lot. Nice people. More

No service mind and bad quality control I was happy to be able to schedule the maintenance within a short time frame. However, Kavin who I selected for a service refuse to come by and got a I was happy to be able to schedule the maintenance within a short time frame. However, Kavin who I selected for a service refuse to come by and got a response for the other guy that he does not have a schedule. He does not seems to have a service mind or does not seems to care. Even if this is the system issue that the schedule did not get update properly but if he has service mind, this should not happen. When I got a car back, the maintenance minder also did not get reset properly. I have to go back and ask the guy who brought me the car to reset it. He try to contact someone to help, but no one seems to care. At the end, he has to open YouTube to get it fix. I am not so sure what kind of service is this. More

He showed a great amount of respect for me as well as had a great sense of humor which is a big plus after spending several hours together. I will definitely go back to Doug for my next car purchase. I do not remember the name of the gentleman who assisted with the financing but he deserves some recognition as well. It was late on a Friday night and although it was almost time to leave he did not rush me and answered all my questions. Thank you both for a stress free experience! More
