In and out with minimal hassle We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, Doug was able to help us find nearly the best matching vehicle. As with all dealerships, there was some upsell, but they didn’t pushback too hard to our refusal on upgrades and warranties we felt we didn’t need. 3 hours in and out, but we never felt like we were kept waiting, and the process was as smooth as we could’ve hoped (for buying a car). Doug was available immediately after the financial piece of the sale, and made sure I was familiar with the ins and outs of the new vehicle before driving off the lot. Nice people. More
