Worst Ever experiences with any GSM in my entire Life! Have been McDavid Frisco customer for last almost 7-8 years. Bought/Leased 4 vehicles so far. Every single person that I met or engaged at this dealer Have been McDavid Frisco customer for last almost 7-8 years. Bought/Leased 4 vehicles so far. Every single person that I met or engaged at this dealership has been excellent and most professional until I met your GSM (JP Kinman) a few weeks ago (Feb 10, 2018)! That was the worst ever experience I had at ANY dealership in my 20 years experience buying/leasing cars in North America!! I am shocked to experience such an un-professional person as a GSM. His first intro to me was NO Hello, NO Hi, No smile, NO welcome NOTHING that a customer would deserve at the least! He came to me waving some papers with unprofessional and unfriendly looks and then throwing those papers on table where I was sitting. At first, I thought he is some support person who erroneously came to me instead of going somewhere else. When I was informed he is the GSM I was double shocked!! All the feelings of buying/leasing car got evaporated and I literally got stuck with his extreme un-professional and rude/arrogant behavior with a customer who is sitting at McDavid Frisco dealership! Not sure what was the criteria for picking him up as GSM, that individual doesn't even demonstrated a very basic sales man manners and professional ethics. I expressed my strong resentments and discomfort to the sales man who I was engaged with but not sure there is any process at McDavid Frisco dealership to collect feedback let alone take any corrective Administrative measures against such an un-professional attitude from their GSM! I'll wait for any contact from GM of that dealership before escalating to Honda Motors head office. It's nerve-wracking enough buying a used car, but buying a used car in a different state is extra stressful. Melvin did a terrific job answering my questions about the vehicle, and it was as exactly as he described it. At no fault of Melvin's, the only disappointment was financing. I had to wait until I was at the dealership in order to get any clarity on financing. I had no clue what my rate was going to be and really did not know any loan terms until I was on site. Thank goodness the terms were decent and there were no penalties on early payment, Otherwise I would have been leaving Texas without the car. Simply put, if I would have been allowed to review the loan terms before I bought a one way air ticket I would have been completely at ease with the whole transaction. The dealership charging $180 to shuffle paper was also a disappointment. Regardless, Melvin was fantastic and the vehicle was true to the advertisement and his representation. I realize I'm a higher maintenance customer and probably tough to get along with. Melvin was patient and met my every need, highly recommended. More
Great Experience! This was my 2nd purchase at David McDavid Frisco. This time around I am replacing my 99 Civic that has 324K miles. Can’t beat Honda reliability! Worst experience ever If I could give a Zero star rating I would. My girlfriend and I were shopping around for a very specific Toyota Camry. As someone who has worked as If I could give a Zero star rating I would. My girlfriend and I were shopping around for a very specific Toyota Camry. As someone who has worked as a used car salesman I know the games and tricks. Melvin was our salesperson and from the first minute he had no intention of helping us find the right vehicle, he was only interested in making the sale. Completely pushy, condescending remarks and was insulting to me and my girlfriend. After talking and realizing we wanted to purchase the vehicle we explained that we would be trading in a car (2004 Camry). His response was that this was a "dollar car" and that it would go to auction and they would loose money on it. Ummm, no. It's not a "dollar car" and just because a car goes to auction doesn't mean you will loose money on it. This is a car that we used as a daily driver and have never once had an issue with it. Melvin even said it had a power steering problem after driving the car literally 20 feet to a new parking space. After haggling on the price and Melvin trying every trick of the trade to make us buy the car that night, we left because they wouldn't meet our budget (which was only $300 lower). As we left the old "well I spoke with my manager and we can make a deal" call was made. We turned around and purchased the car. This is where the fun begins. We went to the finance office and filled out the paperwork. We had been pre-approved through our bank. While we were getting the paperwork together Melvin repeatedly called and harassed us with constant voicemails, text messages and phone calls because the bank was slow in getting the paperwork over to them. In all my years of selling cars I have never called or behaved like that to a customer. It made buying a car more stressful than it had to be and is a complete deal breaker when referring someone to buy a car from them. More
Best Customer Service in the car business Gina Neely went well above and beyond to take care of me. I was having a difficult time picking a car. I started out looking at a Civic and then ended Gina Neely went well above and beyond to take care of me. I was having a difficult time picking a car. I started out looking at a Civic and then ended up driving five different Accords before finally getting the one I liked. She was always pleasant and willing to do what ever it took to make me happy. Gina long with her manager AK ensured My buying experience was pleasant and took all the working out of it. They are both valuable assets to the dealership. More

Deal, right? He even shook my hand but Not so fast, he comes back out with a higher payment and says this is as close as we can get , will you sign the back stating you will buy the car today ? So I did, Deal, right? Not so fast, he comes back out again with even a higher payment, $50 higher than where we started!!! I said no, no more and left!! No Deal ...Sorry way to do business in my opinion. More
