good selection of cars, but followup is serously lacking The dealership is large and selection is good, with some chances of a deal, but let's face it, they are car dealers and its the same old cat and mouse The dealership is large and selection is good, with some chances of a deal, but let's face it, they are car dealers and its the same old cat and mouse game there. After the sale, we could not get people to return our calls or address our concerns. It was only after contacting the GM directly did we get some traction to our issue. they have a disappointing trend in their finance dept to tack on warrantees and maintenance plans without your express consent/knowledge. The experience is not conducive for a repeat buying experience despite their size. More

Even t Back in 2015, I purchased a new 2015 Accord from Honda of Frisco. When it came time to purchase a 2018 Pilot for my wife, I knew where to go. Even though I am in Austin and it is a 3.5hr drive each way, I made the drive today. Great communication on when the car was arriving, no surprises when I got to the dealer, a fair price, great overall experience and fast paper work to get me out the door. She was kind enough to ensure there were no losses on my part, and I am greatly appreciative of that because every dollar counts in my home. Even better experience the second time around! I bought my first car through David McDavid Honda of Frisco and had a great experience, so when it came time to replace it, I knew where to go. Bob Ki I bought my first car through David McDavid Honda of Frisco and had a great experience, so when it came time to replace it, I knew where to go. Bob Kitner worked with me on first visit, showing me the car, and he was very knowledgeable about the changes in the 2018 model. When I went back to, he and the Sales Manager Michael worked with me to get the car I wanted at the right price. Sharouz in finance also helped close out the process in a very easy way. I got a great new car and lowered my monthly payments. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend David McDavid Honda of Frisco to anyone. More

New car buying experience - Doulgas White I contacted McDavid Honda of Frisco dealership over the internet and Douglas White responded within few mins by phone. We made an appointment to meet I contacted McDavid Honda of Frisco dealership over the internet and Douglas White responded within few mins by phone. We made an appointment to meet next Saturday at 9:00AM to look at a new HR-V. At the dealership, Douglas met us promptly at the agreed time. Then he showed us both cars that we wanted to see. Assisted us to test drive both cars. Douglas was knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered all questions that we asked. At the end of the test drive, he gave us enough time to decide on which one the two to buy. After we agreed on the price, while we were doing the paper work, Douglas took care of getting the car ready for delivery. He was also kind enough to introduce a Service rep. for future needs. We were out of the dealership with the new car in less than 3 hours. This was a very pleasant new car buying experience for us.. More
