Awesome with kelvin My car has been serviced here since the dealership opened I have watched two of my advisors get promoted and are now managers Tom and Matt are the My car has been serviced here since the dealership opened I have watched two of my advisors get promoted and are now managers Tom and Matt are the best and are always there for me I also have been using kelvin for a while and he always looks out for me They are lucky to have these guys on the team It makes it hard as all of my card in the past have come from another dealership where I was taken care of and got what I wanted without all the hassles and games Don't know where my next car will come from I do know who will service it More

Jeff was fantastic. I came into David Mcdavid Honda of frisco specifically to look at an LTZ Silverado. I had called ahead and talked to Jeff and let him know I was comin I came into David Mcdavid Honda of frisco specifically to look at an LTZ Silverado. I had called ahead and talked to Jeff and let him know I was coming. Apon arrival, Jeff Stone escorted me to the truck I was there to see, but he also wanted to show me an LT Silverado that he thought better suited my needs. Well, Jeff was correct. I ended up buying the Silverado he showed me. Not the one I originally went to see. Jeff was prepared before I arrived, show genuine concern for my needs, and anticipated exactly what I really needed. Jeff was fantastic. He gave me the best sales experience I have ever recived. More

Went Above and Beyond I have given the dealership this rating, because of the way in which JP, the general sales manager handled and solved a situation that seemed almost i I have given the dealership this rating, because of the way in which JP, the general sales manager handled and solved a situation that seemed almost impossible to resolve through other avenues. Having offered a solution that was above and beyond than what was expected, he showed remarkable character by understanding how me as the consumer felt by personally relating it to car situations he has found himself. In doing so, it finally felt that someone was truly listening and consistently showed me respect. By listening, building rapport, and showing respect are critical aspects in any business. Worst ever car buying experience ever This was by far my worst car buying experience ever. Was in the place for more than 7 hours trying to buy a car. They tried to way undervalue This was by far my worst car buying experience ever. Was in the place for more than 7 hours trying to buy a car. They tried to way undervalue my trade-in and I mean by about $5000.00 I had to pull up the value on several sites to show them the stupidity. Did not want to really negotiate on price. Actually all the dealer junk they add to the car just makes the buyer sick. It is stuff that should not even be sold to normal consumers. At the end of the day they were the only dealer in north TX that had the car I wanted so I had to hang in. Given the choice again I will not buy for them again More

Can't fix Brakes The service department at McDavid Honda in Frisco tried unsuccessfully to stop the squeak coming from the brakes on my 2014 Honda Pilot. They had the The service department at McDavid Honda in Frisco tried unsuccessfully to stop the squeak coming from the brakes on my 2014 Honda Pilot. They had the vehicle in their shop for the same thing four different times. They turned the rotors on two of those occasions, bled and changed out the fluid, and changed out pads. after 14 months and 20,000 more miles, I gave up and traded the vehicle in for a Chevy. Obviously the rotors were not up to the task and should have been replaced, not turned in 8000 miles from the last time they were warped More
