The note about obtaining my consent is inaccurate. I received NO text message seeking my approval and as such, could not have responded. The e-mail address you have loaded (and coincidentally the one printed on the service report receipt) is incorrect. The note in the system lists my call to the dealership at 12:45 PM requesting that no additional services beyond the recall be performed. Inaccurate, dishonest and misleading.
