I can once again honestly refer my frie Update: I have spoke with a service manager and he has resolved my issues in a professional and timely manner. I can once again honestly refer my friends and family to David McDavid Honda. Thanks! I purchased a certified Honda Pilot in 2013. The battery started acting up and it was a certified Honda battery with a 100 month warranty. The battery was put on in February of 2013 by David McDavids service department before I purchased the vehicle to bring it up to specs for a certified vehicle. They will not honor the 100 month warranty because they say I did not purchase the battery that their service department did. This is a Honda certified battery bought at a Honda dealership and put on a certified Honda vehicle. They did not tell me when I purchased the vehicle that anything put on by their service department to bring the vehicle up to certified standards would not be covered by their warranty. They refused to prorate the battery at 50% which their website on battery's clearly states is the prorated rate. Beware of purchasing used vehicles from them. Up until this I have had nothing but good things to say about them. More

Great Sales Rep Dealing with Car Dealerships and Car Salesmen and be stressful and overwhelming. We came in tired and frustrated all we wanted was a cash car and call Dealing with Car Dealerships and Car Salesmen and be stressful and overwhelming. We came in tired and frustrated all we wanted was a cash car and call it a day. We had been in and out of dealerships for almost a month looking for a car that was a good buy. We finally came into David McDavid Honda of Frisco, from outside we were greeted by Farid.Ayatollahi. From the beginning he made the whole process easy calm and pleasurable. We loved his charisma, patience and understanding in what we were looking for. We finally felt comfortable and not hassled into buying a car, He was a very sweet man and genuinely seemed to care and had a passion for what he did, Only minor thing is Manager or whoever is in charge should of made himself more present and available to the customer. In all dealerships we had gone to there was always someone there ion management to make sure we were okay or getting the help we needed. Overall, our experience was awesome with our Sales Man! More
