He went over all of the features of the car and took time with all of us to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle. He is very personable and the test drive allowed us to get a good feel of the vehicle before we purchased it. WIlliam Stalik was very helpful and made the purchase easy, He answered all of our questions and provided us with all of our options. John Pomfrey in Finance was very friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the warrantee. The process to purchase this vehicle was great! We appreciate everyone's commitment to our satisfaction and comfort. More

Finance department on the other hand was all about selling you additional coverage you mighty not need. For Jessy Thompson it is FIVE STAR. The vehicle come with one car key and I demanded to have another additional key and Jessy Thompson agreed. It has been 4 days since I purchased the vehicle and just left a voice msg for Sandra Hernandez service Dept. to take care of this. I will inform you if this part of the missing part will be tak n care of. Over all experience is not bad. More
The dealer Y Kim offended me. After I gave my preferred price for a car, the dealer Y.Kim said "There are lots of dealers out there. Go to them!" I tried to start negotiation, but he refused. I cannot believe that that kind of rude dealer can work in the car business. And, I cannot believe that the manager at Honda can stand the poor customer service by their dealer. More
Excellent customer service I have a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite, that had a strange issue. Sometimes and at total random with no rhythm at all, it wouldn't recognize that the gea I have a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite, that had a strange issue. Sometimes and at total random with no rhythm at all, it wouldn't recognize that the gear stick is in park, therefore, it will not let me lock the vehicle and/or a system start warning indication would pop up and it wouldn't want to start. Since, this would happen at random, it was hard to have the issue reproduce when I would take it to the service department, so there was a little bit of a guessing game. Eventually, I ended going there 3 or 4 times within a 2 week period. Finally the problem got diagnosed right and the repair was done, however due to all the hassle, I was given a very huge discount on the final repair bill. The actual issue was close to $500 to repair but in fact I only paid about $170 and the rest was discounted to make it up for me. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and how it was handled. I understand that it's hard to diagnose an electrical issue when you can't reproduce it at the time of diagnosis. Everyone was extremely professional and I truly felt I was in good hands and they were doing everything they can to make the repairs as fast as possible and they were accommodating my situation as much as its humanely possible. Initially my service advisor was Victor Segura and due to a family emergency Victor had to leave for several days, but he made sure to hand over my repair history to Joe Robert. They are both AWESOME. I couldn't have been any happier going anywhere else or dealing with anyone else. They are both extremely knowledgeable and very mindful and caring of the customer. For any future incidents, I will be going back to see them because I know I wouldn't be in any better hands. I recommend David McDavid Honda of Frisco %100. They have gained my full trust for all my service needs. Victor and Joe, thank you very much, along with the mechanic behind the scene and everyone else that was involved in making the situation as smooth as possible. You guys are a great team. More

I hate buying cars because you people make it such a miserable chore. Jesse was a blessing and was the only good thing about my coming there today. Your website is misleading. They cars on there didn’t seem to be around the lot. I filled all finance forms out because you state it saves loads of time but once at the dealership you pounced anyway. I was there 4 hours! That is just crazy this day in age! Why can’t you just except a customer means no when they say no? More

As with all dealerships, there was some upsell, but they didn’t pushback too hard to our refusal on upgrades and warranties we felt we didn’t need. 3 hours in and out, but we never felt like we were kept waiting, and the process was as smooth as we could’ve hoped (for buying a car). Doug was available immediately after the financial piece of the sale, and made sure I was familiar with the ins and outs of the new vehicle before driving off the lot. Nice people. More
