Sales was OK. No issues with that process. We liked the car. I could not get a copy of the out the door price sheet. A couple of days later I received an email wit No issues with that process. We liked the car. I could not get a copy of the out the door price sheet. A couple of days later I received an email with a price reduction for the car. I returned to purchase the car. Took a long time to move through finance and during the process, I missed a charge added for Paint Protection that was not detailed in previous price quotes or requested by me. If I had seen this charge, I would have walked out and not completed the purchase. I was disgusted when I reviewed the paperwork later and discovered the charge. If I could void this purchase, I would. Nothing to do with the car, just the the charges added in finance that I missed. More

I have had an amazing experience with the David McDavid dealership in Frisco from purchasing my car to getting regular maintenance. Every time I take my car for maintenance, I take my car to this dealershi dealership in Frisco from purchasing my car to getting regular maintenance. Every time I take my car for maintenance, I take my car to this dealership and to Tim Tran. Tim is always so helpful, honest, and knowledgeable about what my car needs are. I trust him and as a result, I take my daughter’s Honda to this dealership even though we purchased it at another dealership. I will purchase another car from this dealership when I am ready for a new car because of the awesome experience I have had with David McDavid Honda of Frisco. More
