Told that Transmission Service would be $89.95..Charged $114 Brought my 2012 Insight in for an oil change, and was told that I also needed a transmission service because the fluid was dark. I agreed to the service. When I checked out, the cost was $113.95. I did not discover the difference until I got home. I called the advisor and the difference was explained that my Insight required CVT fluid, which cost more. That is not the time to tell me that the price I was quoted was incorrect. I'm sure it is a coincidence that the $25 cost of the CVT fluid, is the same as the $25 coupon I had for the oil change. More
It's not always easy I just completed the most difficult and complicated car purchase of my life. I want to acknowledge all of the people who obviously went over and beyond to help this elderly woman through it. Not to give away too many details, but this deal included several odd things. Salesmen Tyson and Anos were patient and provided support of "my" decision; not trying to sway me one way or another. Sales Manager Johnne was compassionate and thoughtful and gave me hope that things could be worked out. The finance team Tammy Chan and Ondra Calvert were professional and also went out of their way to help me understand the complexity of a vehicle contract. THE reason i come back over and over to David McDavid Honda is because of the outstanding service department - Buddy Mays, Matt Kail, Mike Myers and James Thomas. I owe them a debt of gratitude for all they have done over the years and kept my vehicle in prefect condition. I trust Mike Myers and the David McDavid Service Department. Thank you to the General Manager Sonia Heredia, I know that the culture of excellence comes from the top down. More

Our first phone call was from Michael Davis and he got the ball rolling. We really wanted to be wise in our choice of a vehicle and so we visited at least three times and were able to work the most with Carl Scott due to our schedules. He was thoughtful and kind and helped us through the process, even taking the time to serve us on his birthday! He was knowledgeable of the Odyssey and was able to aid in the electronics and virtually everything we needed regarding the purchase. We also worked with Ron Jackson in the financial dept. Once again, we were met with excellence! We had such a lovely experience, I wanted to share it with you. Thank you for gathering a team that is worthy of praise! We do feel like we have joined a family that welcomed us and have served us beyond expectation! More
Slow check out ! I went for an oil change via the express lane and yes it was fairly busy time, however I waited for ever to check out after the car was ready. That is unacceptable for a dealership of this caliber. I will not come back again if I have another experience like that the next time that I bring my cars for service. Further more I don't think the service reps need to be the cashiers as well as especially on express in and out type of services there is got to be another way to check people out a lot faster. More

I came in to get a simple oil change but his knowledge of my car was superb. He helped me understand the problems and how this might affect me long term. He even communicated with me during the day to provide status so I didn't have to keep calling in. I went in not expecting much but am thankful that I got him. He was so helpful and I got my car to David McDavid Honda of Frisco where Kelvin met me in seconds. My car had recently turned 100,000 and Kelvin explained what else needed to be looked at/replaced and the costs related to them. I had it done because I have always trusted Kelvin and I know he has my best interest in mind. Kelvin gives me honest information and I give him a lot of credit for the great condition my Honda is in after all these years (12 yrs)! He's always been there when I needed him. More
