My Experience Purchasing a New Vehicle Through emails I corresponded with Sonia. When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted and shown the car I had inquired about. Between the salesman and finance manager my experience was excellent. I was able to purchase a vehicle best suited for my needs within a comfortable budget. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over 46 years in the DFW area. I would highly recommend this dealership. It was a pleasure to do business with them. More

Then they tacked on their extended service after I specifically told them I didn't want it. I had to fill out a cancellation form to get a refund for what was THEIR mistake, which takes 6-8 weeks to receive. It has been 2 months now and I still haven't seen my refund! Their finance department is impossible to get a hold of by phone. Only reason I bought from them is because they had the exact car I wanted, will never buy from David McDavid again!! More

I communicated via email with Victoria before I came in to buy the car to gather information. She was prompt and informative in all of her emails. She also followed up by phone to see if I had any questions. There was no pressure or odd tactics after I test drove the car. They gave me a fair price. They were more than fair on my trade-in. When I go to purchase my next vehicle, I will be using them again. More
Excellent service adviser By random selection, Greg von Readen was assigned to me as service adviser when I brought my 2014 Honda Civic for oil & filter change and inspection. By random selection, Greg von Readen was assigned to me as service adviser when I brought my 2014 Honda Civic for oil & filter change and inspection. He was excellent -- courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He even saw that my wiper blades were replaced free of charge. I was in and out of their in approximately one hour. Next time I bring my car in, I will choose to have him as my service adviser on future service visits. More
THEY ARE TOTAL LIARS CHEATERS Went there for new car sales. Got an offer from Clyde Jacobs/ Michael Baker, waited for 4hrs just for finance manager to tell me that they cannot off Went there for new car sales. Got an offer from Clyde Jacobs/ Michael Baker, waited for 4hrs just for finance manager to tell me that they cannot offer graduation discount with third party auto loan. THEN WHY DON'T MR. CLYDE AND BAKER informed me about the graduation discount being used in adjunction with Honda leasing. I had told both of them multiple times that I have third party loan. This guys will not honor anything EVEN AFTER SIGNING THE BUYERS ORDERS. They don't even APOLOGIZE. They have big statements about customer satisfaction when you walk in BUT they are just to cheat on customers. Miss Sonia Heredia General manager didn't answer the phone/email. This is how they will treat their customer. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY. TOTAL RIPOFF!!! LODGED AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH HONDA AMERICA. I AM THINKING OF LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE THEY MADE ME SIGN DOCUMENTS AND THEN NOT OFFERING ME THAT PROMISE!!! From a very disappointed customer!!! Ravi Dalal More

Greg Gansle went above and beyond in taking care of me. I was very impressed with Greg's fantastic customer service and communication. I chose McDavid Honda for my new car purchase due to it's good reputation and I am so glad I did, as the service I have experienced so far from Greg has been nothing short of great. Great Service I have been going to McDavid Honda of Frisco since purchasing my vehicle from them in 2010. While I have worked with a number of different Service rep I have been going to McDavid Honda of Frisco since purchasing my vehicle from them in 2010. While I have worked with a number of different Service representatives throughout the years, I have been particularly impressed with Mike Myers and Tad Hutchison. On multiple occasions, they have gone out of their way to reflect honest dealing and professional communication. It is apparent to me that they highly value their customers and must have a wealth of return business. I have no desire to take my Honda, nor any of the Hondas owned by members of my family anywhere else. I want to sincerely thank these guys for taking care of me. More
