I recently took my vehicle to David McDavid Honda of Frisco for some overdue maintenance, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. I specifically worked with Gabby, my service advisor, Frisco for some overdue maintenance, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. I specifically worked with Gabby, my service advisor, who was fantastic. I had been putting off a valve adjustment, which was definitely needed after a grueling 4,300-mile road trip. Gabby was professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. Since getting the adjustment done, the engine performance is significantly better. The car runs much smoother and feels rejuvenated after all those miles. If you need reliable service and a team that actually listens, I highly recommend asking for Gabby! More

Extremely Hard to get Any person in repair shop, BUT when I went into the shop Cheryl Kennedy was an Excellent helper and immediately helped me. She helped me re-set my dash. My glove compartment would not I went into the shop Cheryl Kennedy was an Excellent helper and immediately helped me. She helped me re-set my dash. My glove compartment would not close properly and she took the time to “work on it”. You are fortunate to have an employee who cares for the customer.
