I have been doing business with this dealership for a very long time (three cars & YEARS of service/parts) I have always had good customer service & friendly faces. From door ding, scratches, getting blocked in, or stuck in that so called "parking lot" it's almost not even worth the trip anymore. So if you are antentive to detail like me, don't bother with it. I dealt with Chris and Steve. Chris was very engaging yet not pushy. He specifically ask me what the issue with my truck was(mpg) and then began showing me vehicles with substantially improved performance. O not pushy.
