I've had to take my 2012 Ram truck twice since buying my new vehicle. The first time was for my first oil change, inwhich I was greeted by Mr. Luke Steagall. Luke informed me of the engines for life progr new vehicle. The first time was for my first oil change, inwhich I was greeted by Mr. Luke Steagall. Luke informed me of the engines for life program and quickly gathered all the information needed to enroll me into the program. The second trip was for a concern that I had with the truck bed and I was also quickly taken care of by Luke. Luke has a very important job inputing and building customer workorders, it's one of the most critical positions in the service department.
