Kory was my Salesman I choose based on his online reviews. Once we spoke he got my trade appraised and quoted me payments before since I was 5hours away. I had my car towed and never got a call when it was dropped off from the dealership that it had arrived. And I had it scheduled to be dropped off. When they diagnosed my car they started ordering parts dropped off from the dealership that it had arrived. And I had it scheduled to be dropped off. When they diagnosed my car they started ordering parts and working on it without contacting me what the problem was. Communication is just horrible!! I wish I didn’t get my car their in the first place.. when the manager told me I wasn’t going to be able to AFFORD my car I should of just left the lot without the blazer I got and CAN AFFORD !! More
