Took my vehicle in for information panel issues and they quickly discovered the problem. They quickly repaired the issue, did normal preventative maintenance and had my vehicle back to me very quickly. As quickly discovered the problem. Was told a week before service to make appt be there 7a and paid for parts! Now i arrived 719 and they did not start work until almost 2p. I do think if i make appt a week in advance and am on time the wor and paid for parts! Now i arrived 719 and they did not start work until almost 2p. I do think if i make appt a week in advance and am on time the work should not be put off till the time was and i didn’t leave until 530p. I hope to use them again but don’t want the time to be that long but will see on next service and decide to continue to use for remainder of 5 year warranty and regular maintenance on my truck or look for a different dealer.
