David Stanley's Tires for Life program is a great program that our customers take advantage of on a daily basis. That program does have some very easy to follow guidelines. Unfortunately in this case not all of the qualifications were met . However we did split the cost of the tires for the guest to honor some loyalty to them as a resolution and offered to honor the remainder of the contract with them if they followed the guidelines in the future.

First off we were just told tires for life only lasts for 6 years not for life so another LIE. If you would have told us we had to keep coming back after we did our fulfillment on the card then we would have but we WERE TOLD WE DID’NT HAVE TOO. so you can keep making excuses and lying. You have to live with it. So you asked for a review of our your service and I told you many times how it was horrible. End of argument. Fix your service and stop emailing me.
