I drove from Dallas, I sent pictures and information on my trade-in to get a blind bid to make sure the drive wasn’t a waste. I was given a price of $9500, when I arrive they told me 7,000. No explanation, they wouldn’t honor the interest rate I was promised after they pulled my credit. It was the whole song and dance of just how much do you want to pay per month, not show me the numbers like I asked. Finally get an agreement, and then I get to finance and I told They did the numbers wrong, it’s gonna be $30 a month more than you agreed to. I walked out, and they finally came down within five dollars more than I originally agreed to, I needed the car, so I took the deal, it was very shady and very uncomfortable. There were 3 hail dents and scratches that were not disclosed on my call, car was dirty and also had 5 miles of gas left. I was told I can make it to the gas station across the street and pay for it myself. Very disappointed, very poor customer service. If it Wasn’t the car I have been looking for for 90 days, would have backed out, probably should have anyways. James the sales guy was just handed my situation and he was nice and helpful, but all other involved parties were dishonest and shady. More
