When you first buy a car from this dealership, they treat you like royalty. But the moment the sale is done, that respect disappears. Don’t expect professionalism, accountability, or even basic decency—espec you like royalty. But the moment the sale is done, that respect disappears. I spoke with a manager who was not only snarky but outright condescending when I asked reasonable questions. As someone who is a manager at David Stanley, I found his behavior downright pathetic. If you’re considering buying from them, be extremely cautious. Inspect everything yourself because if they know there’s an issue, they’ll ignore it and let you drive off with the problem. I spent nearly $30,000, only to find out later that they had conveniently turned a blind eye to issues they were fully aware of. And when I confronted them? They did absolutely nothing but tell me, “Tough luck.” Trying to escalate the situation is useless—management will flat-out refuse to talk to you, acting as if you’re beneath them. I’ve bought two brand-new cars from this place, plus a used one for my son. But after this experience, I’ll never give them another dime. This dealership operates with zero integrity, zero accountability, and zero respect for its customers. If you value honesty and service, take your business elsewhere. More
