I had the perfect experience at Landers. They repaired my 2017 Diesel Colorado. Before this, I had taken it to David Stanley Chevy dealership in Moore where it was misdiagnosed, I was charge They repaired my 2017 Diesel Colorado. Before this, I had taken it to David Stanley Chevy dealership in Moore where it was misdiagnosed, I was charged the wrong amount, and the issue persisted after they said it was complete. The total cost at the other dealership was $1200 for a new DPF and a regen. They wanted to charge me another $3000 for a new catalytic converter once I brought it back with the same issue while the service manager offered me a discount. I went to Landers hoping they would show just a little more competency. They identified the issue as a $600 air pipe with a tear in it. They had my truck back to me, fully repaired, in less than half the time as David Stanley, and they drove it home to me free of charge. Landers has made a customer for life out of me. My service rep at Landers actually went out for dental surgery for a few days while my truck was there and he would text me an update daily. Landers went well above my expectations whereas David Stanley made an error at every stage without apology. I will never do business with David Stanely again. More
I kept telling them my car should be covered under warranty before I even brought the car. They kept arguing with me about it telling me to prove it as if they could not see what I and General Motors warranty before I even brought the car. They kept arguing with me about it telling me to prove it as if they could not see what I and General Motors both seen under my VIN. So for that reason the lady was very rude to me even after I was proven to be correct and picked up my car. The work was done nicely but the customer service experience sucks when you’re not coming out of pocket because it’s the same way when I get my free oil changes. I always have to go above and beyond to prove it. I just be wanting my car fixed. I paid 4000 down n almost 700 a month and they still seem to just want my money and could care less about their responsibilities. More
My service advisor wasn't able to answer the questions. I needed to answer but he was able to give me a small discount. It took about 7 hours for them to change my brakes and battery. I don't know if the battery actually needed to be changed or if the problem was with the starter or alternator but they changed my battery anyway. Labor cost almost as much as the parts. More
The visit for oil change appointment was good. I am giving a low rating based on my followup call on 9 Apr to repair my headlight that was out. First she gave me a date of Friday 12 April them she reversed this because she said the technician would have to examine it and I would have to leave it for several days because they are behind. I said this is ridiculous. I can see this for a major work but a simple headlight is too long. She didn't take the time to see what would be a good date they could do it without me leaving my car several days. I went to meineke and received an examination the same day. This lady needs training on customer service and how to better help the customer. More
