Purchased a truck for on 75K and needed to be in shop in under 200 miles. Scheduled service 2 weeks out. Showed up for service and waited for 2 hours to be told they cant connect air sensor to tires and i w under 200 miles. Scheduled service 2 weeks out. Showed up for service and waited for 2 hours to be told they cant connect air sensor to tires and i would need to bring it back. Seems like a joke if they knew why I was bringing it in. I live and work a great distance and now I have to figure out a second driver as well as missing hours at work. Just not happy customer More

Service center was clean and they were ready for me when I arrived. It took the appropriate amount of time for the service. They offered donuts, water and coffee while you wait. They did not try to sell me I arrived. It took the appropriate amount of time for the service. They offered donuts, water and coffee while you wait.
